Letter from W F Charles, governing director of Zenobia Ltd, perfumers (Woodgate, Loughborough, [Leicestershire]) to WSC proposing to send samples of his company's perfumes and some French perfumes for CSC and WSC's daughters to test and arguing that if they are thereby convinced of his claims that the British flower perfumes are superior to the French the import of French perfumes should be controlled.
