Letter from Rev Frank Johnson, founder and secretary of the International Anti-Cigarette League (57 & 59 Ludgate Hill, London), to [WSC] enclosing a draft of a letter describing the support for the Juvenile Smoking Bill to be sent to leading newspapers and asking for WSC's comments. See CHAR 2/26/40. Signed typescript. Annotated that WSC has no objection to his name being mentioned as a supporter of the bill.
