Telegram from WSC to President Roosevelt stating that despite the friction between the Guerilla groups in Yugoslavia and Greece, activity against Germany in the Balkans is still fierce and that it is being co-ordinated by General Sir Henry Wilson [Commander in Chief Middle East] and that he does not see any way in which General William Donovan [Head of the Office of Strategic Services] can help the situation and informing him that Marshal Stalin is in favour of bombing Sofia [Bulgaria] and that he feels that this is very important and that no warnings should be given.
